Decades of experience in youth athletics

Southeastern Minnesota’s premier gymnastics coach

Vali is best known for his success coaching men’s and women’s competitive gymnastics. He believes that strength, agility, confidence and resilience form the core of all recreational and competitive sports, and that developing those fundamentals prepares kids to perform their best, on and off the field, in any sport, for life.

ONE Athletics was developed with your family’s fitness in mind. Traditionally there have been few options for children to access structured, instructor-led exercise outside of organized sports. Our goal is to change that: classes for kids and teens regardless of athletic ability or background, with no expensive membership and no lengthy contract. Whether your child is a multi-sport athlete who wants to cross-train or is entirely new to fitness, there is a class here to meet them.

Strength, Teamwork, Confidence

  1. Strength

Children build strength, flexibility and agility in small, instructor-led classes. The curriculum is fun and engaging for every age and fitness level, and strength training improves performance while reducing the risk of injury.

  2. Teamwork

Group classes encourage bonding through shared goals and shared experiences. Classes welcome students from a broad range of backgrounds, so kids build relationships free of the strain of a competitive environment.

  3. Confidence

Classes are designed to challenge. Whether a student wants better personal fitness or extra training for a competitive sport, the work here builds confidence, self-esteem and resilience.
