Struggling to enroll your children in classes?

You are not alone. Setting up an account for yourself and your children can be a bit confusing. To help, we've made this short Youtube video. As always, please call or email us with questions or for help! We're here so that you can focus on helping your children enhance their fitness through classes at ONE Athletics!

How do I use a monthly or drop-in pass?

  1. Log in to your ONE Athletics account.
  2. Click on the "Store" tab.
  3. Select a purchase option and check out.
  4. Your pass will automatically be applied to all children who are registered as part of the family.
  5. Toggle to your child's profile to book a class. Your pass will automatically be applied to each booking until all passes have been used or the pass expires.

I'm trying to register, but the app says that booking is restricted.

Make sure you have toggled to your child's profile. If that doesn't fix the problem, contact us at info@oneathletics.com or drop in for help.
